Coaching is an essential element in the work we do at Public Aspect. We coach individuals and groups to help organisations build capacity. Coaching helps people take on new ideas and grow and change so that they can take on more responsibility and help their organisation stay dynamic.
Coaching is a process in which individuals and groups are encourage to take responsibility for their own learning and development, with the help of a skilled facilitator who uses techniques that encourage this development. This is all done in a confidential environment so that the people being coached can talk freely with their coach.
We specialise in executive and leadership coaching, which usually takes place in the workplace.
